About the pilot

What do we need to provide for a pilot?

Exports for one process that you already produce, regular time with the person who owns that process, and a baseline signed by the executive who owns the cost. Uvi runs in your cloud from the start.

Will agents change anything in our systems during the pilot?

Not without approval. Agents plan and dry-run every change, and a person approves it before anything is written. Every action is logged with the rule and evidence behind it.

What do we keep at the end?

The Map of Work for that process, in your cloud, the measured result against your baseline, and a clear view of which process to map next.
